Preventive Maintenance Package Availble
Platinum Service Contract Package

This package allows owner and management to plan their budget annually for maintenance and repair of equipment and system concerned. There will be no surprise budget.
Annual Servcie contract will provide;
       Fixed lum sum annual cost inclusive labor and spare parts for maintenance and repair.
       Routine cleaning and service every quarter plan (every three months), 4 times per annum.
       Unlimited emergency call for servcies.
       Service reach within 4 hours in BKK and within 24 hours Nation wide guarantee
       Temporary equipment for use if downtime is longer than 3 days of repair (company reserve the right not to keep same brand and same
       capacity for this temporary used)
       Price quoted: to be adviced depending on equipment list, years in operation and site location
       Payment: 50% deposit upon contract signing 50% advance payment for another 6 months to contract valid date.

Gold Service Contract Package

A comprehensive programe allows owner and management to plan their budget annually for maintenance and repair of equipment and system concerned.
Annual Servcie contract will provide;
       Fixed lum sum annual cost inclusive labor for maintenance and repair but excluding spare parts which shall be extra charged.
       15% discount on spare parts price list and/or quoted
       Routine cleaning and service every quarter plan (every three months), 4 times per annum.
       Unlimited emergency call for servcies.
       Service reach within 4 hours in BKK and within 24 hours Nation wide guarantee
       Price quoted: to be adviced depending on equipment list, years in operation and site location
       Payment: 50% deposit upon contract signing 50% advance payment for another 6 months to contract valid date.

Silver Service Contract Package

An economic programe allows owner and management to plan their budget annually for maintenance and repair of equipment and system concerned.
Annual Servcie contract will provide;
       Fixed lum sum annual cost inclusive labor for maintenance and repair but excluding spare parts which shall be extra charged.
       15% discount on spare parts price list and/or quoted
       Routine cleaning and service every 6 months 2 times per annum
       Limited emergency call for servcies to maximum of 12 cases per annum; extra charged on labour and travelling cost will be applied to each
       call over than 12 times.
       Service reach within 4 hours in BKK and within 24 hours Nation wide guarantee
       Price quoted: to be adviced depending on equipment list, years in operation and site location
       Payment: 50% deposit upon contract signing 50% advance payment for another 6 months to contract valid date.

Optional : This package is also open for Customer discussion and requirement to meet their specific budget and tailor made our minimum servcie i.e. customer may require routine cleaning only 2 times per annum and emergency servcies call can be charged case by case etc.

Preventive Maintenance Check List :

General things to avoid

       Hosing down equipment
       Neglecting filter changes
       Improper application or use
       Operating equipment with frayed, burnt power cord or exposed wiring
       Operating equipmnet without knowing proper operation & use as outlined in manufacturer manual

General things to look for

       Is fire suppression system available? Is it operational? Has it been inspected recently?
       Is gas leak protection system available? Is it operational? Has it been inspected recently?
       Is hood system operating? Is its filter clean?

       Does the gas fired equipmnet burn a steady blue frame?

       Are hinges, handles, knob, grates, door gaskets in good condition?

       Are all utilities confirmed on and reset checked?
       Are filters cleaned?

Dish Washer

       Check for the lime buildup inside unit in general
       Check that door open easily
       Check for general water leakage
       Check that scrap try is in place and clean

       Check that water pump intake is clean and in place
       Check for wash and rinse arms and nozzles for cleanliness
       Check for proper chemical performance
       Check incoming water temperature, wash temperature and rinse temperature during operation.

       Keep door gasket clean and wash with warm soapy water
       Check door opening and closing for proper alignment and seal

       Do not start fryer without oil
       Check all area possible for gas and oil leakage
       Keep water away form fryer unit

Thai-Chinese Gas ranges

       Check motor blower and belt where applicable

Mixer

Microwave oven

       Check power cord and plug
       Check absorbers and door seals to avoid leakage
       Do not run without anything inside
       Use only microwave cook ware
       Never boil egg and closed seal can inside

Refrigeration

       Check inside temperature accoring to set point
       Keep evaporator-condenser coil clean and never obstruct air flow
       Do not over stock storage , cool air should flow freely around all items storage inside
       All evaporator coil should be free from ice by visual inspection
       Check all door gasket, door seal, door hinged, door alignment for proper cold air leakage from inside
       Check power cord and plug and electrical main voltage supplied
