Safety and Installation Quality Policy

Visions:

We are selling products and services to investors or dealers. They are utilizing our products and services to generate the profit via their own resources and expertise; therefore, we have to be careful and ensure our product quality, service quality, on time delivery and their return on investment. Good quality on installation works will ease all after sales service quality and will support product reliability for long term operation both in life span of product and energy management/ saving with efficient product capability. Cooperation to other contractor is one of key to success.

Installation Policy :

Imported Product :

  • Do follow supplier installation instruction strictly to ensure its safety, performance also functional of the equipment installed
  • Initial equipment test run has to be carried out according to supplier’s recommendation
  • Record all test data comparing to original equipment specification
  • Provide proper training to both operator and customer technician on how to use machine properly and how to clean the equipment
  • Explained all details of warranty conditions and time frame to operators and customer staffs concerned
  • Provide operating manual and spare parts list in binder for their reference
  • Check all M&E and utility to be ready and available for equipment hook up

Local Made Product :

  • Do follow the “For Construction Drawing”
  • Check all M&E and utility to be ready and available for equipment hook up
  • Double check product QC according to shop drawing and cut sheet available
  • Follow local rule of installation standard re-gas, electrical, plumbing and HVAC

Safety during installation :

  • Unpack, load and unload all products carefully according manufacturer’s recommendation
  • Always provide portable fire extinguisher where and whenever working with flammable material i.e gas, welding works etc
  • Always wearing helmet while working at site with non slip shoes
  • Always wearing mask/ glass whenever working with welding works
  • Apply safety belt for high area working
  • Proper dressing and cooperating to site Project Manager and Project Consultant
  • Follow equipment supplier’s installation and safety while doing installation works
  • Study installation instruction manual prior carry out installation work
