They are utilizing our products and services to generate the profit via their own resources and expertise; therefore, we have to be careful and ensure our product quality, service quality, on time delivery and their return on investment. Service quality will be depending on customer reach, customer responsive and communication, product quality, staff technical knowledge, staff attitude on service minded

Service Reach Policy:

Bangkok and urban area:

  • Site reaching within 4 hours after receiving emergency call from either under warranty or service contract customer.
  • Within 24 hours for normal customers.

Provincial area:

  • Site reaching within 24 hours after receiving an emergency call from either under warranty or service contract customer and within 4 hours for the area where service agents are available.
  • Within 48 hours for normal customers.

  • All service technical staff’s mobile phone has to be available at all times, no week end and holidays. Supervisor and Customer has the right to reach all of them all the time by this rule

Service Capability:

  • Outsource for provincial area and/or where technical hub is not available for preliminary checking and simple maintenance case.
  • Own service technician with well trained staff is key to success
  • Product and technical in depth training at least 2 times per annum from key product suppliers
